No. of incidents involving legal authorities: 2 cases -- illegal parking + over speeding

No. of times ignoring instruction by traffic polices: 1-and-only time -- in my defense, they never paid attention to me and failed to give clear instruction as to where to stop my vehicle…

No. of participants: 3 gentlemen (i.e. Me+Myself+I)
