How’s your Mid-Autumn Festival?

Today-农历八月十五 = 中秋节.

Me =

Full Moon: non-existent--I can’t see no moon at all from where i live.

Family: none—No one’s home, they are probably out there somewhere celebrating.

Friends: none—I’m running solo tonight. Everyone else is probably too caught up with their own personal agenda.

Lantern: none—I consider myself a bit too grown up to be parading the neighbourhood with glowing lanterns in my hand.

Mooncake: too much!—On the dining table, in the fridge, and towards my mouth too, YUM!

Weather: rainy—Late night shower rain, just in time to wash off the polluted air and kill the annoying state of haziness.

Mood: undecided—My mind is sort of blanked-out, don’t know what kind of expression to put on, on a supposedly mythical & magical day of festivities like today.

Looks like today is just another ordinary day in this ordinary life of mine.

How about you?

(I reckon we should be granted a day off from work in conjunction with Mid-Autumn festival. Otherwise what good is a festival if we are being expected to spend it at work?)
(...what a weak lousy attempt to trying to skip work....haha!)
